And Hangzhou Meilin Special Material Co.,Ltd was established in August,2024. Total three production plants,the locations are at 1. No. 619, Linglongshan Road, Linglong Industrial Park, Lin'an District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province,China. 2. No. 259, Xingyu Street, Linglong Sub-district, Lin'an District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province,China. 3. No. 6, Guifangqiao, Guifangqiao Industrial Zone, Tianmushan Town, Lin'an District, Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,China. The two companies total has a registered capital of RMB 85 million, covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters, and a construction area spanning over 45,000 square meters. At present, the construction of modern industrial plants and 31 advanced automated production lines has completed. The new plant has been put into production since 2021 and 2024, constituting the neatest and most beautiful professional manufacturer of cable materials in the region. The company has more than 210 employees, including 5 senior engineers and more than 30 science and technology management personnel with junior college degree or above, accounting for more than 30% of the total work force. The company's production and sales continue to expand, with an output value exceeding RMB 700 million in 2024. For PVC cable compound mainly includes: general national standard (GB/T8815-2008) cable materials, UL60 ℃ -105 ℃ insulation/sheathing materials, CM/CMR level network cable sheathing materials, WDE70 ℃ -90 ℃ insulation/sheathing materials, 90 ℃ Australian standard insulation/sheathing materials, 105 ℃ -125 ℃ energy storage line system materials, 80 ℃ -125 ℃ automotive low-voltage wiring harness materials (German, Japanese, American), charging pile cable elastomers, high-voltage submarine cable materials, elevator cable elastomers, nitrile composite elastomers, exposed/unexposed waterproof materials for construction, as well as various ROROA compliant materials that meet high flame retardancy, low temperature resistance, oil resistance, ant resistance, UV resistance, etc. Environmental protection products in accordance with HS, REACH, NO-P, PAHS, and EN71-3 directives, etc., which can fully meet the different needs of customers.
